It was on the night of 08-Jan-98, when no creatures were stirring, and all was
silent. Suddenly, Declan_Gorman@modusmedia.com jumped out from behind a rock
and wouldnt stop shouting about "GUI Windows - a problem" until I was forced
to knock them out:
->
-> I have two windows in my gui bank, window 1 being the main window and
-> window being a sub window. I have configured Gad Tools to the format
-> required for GUI, font size etc. When I convert and load the gui
data
-> into my program, the main window (1) displays perfectly. When I open
-> the sub window (2) it uses the font etc. from my workbench settings.
-> What am I doing wrong?
->
Try running the GUI SENSITIVE OFF command before opening any windows, this
should set it to the default topaz fonts. If you have it on, the system tries
to adjust itself to your WB enviroment, and it doesnt always work too well, so
I usually leave it turned off.
